Employing Graphic Designer/Designers

Greetings
Just to let you know i am not advertising but it seems like there is a couple of good graphic designers so i though this is the best place to pick oneor two up. I need one or two designers to become my sites graphics team. Although i am unable to pay you, your designs will be posted on my site and eventuly when donations start to come in i will be able to gove u permissions.

I might as well tell you what i need doing, I need a skin for my website(forum), it must inclued the website name "cheatwave" and must be in bright colours but not to overcoming. After this i need admin and moderators signatures to be made. Once the site is set up there will be comtinueous tasks for you.

I have some questions regarding your request.
#1 Could you give us some examples of what you are interested in? Maybe a similar site?
#2 Do you already have your website skeleton up? Do you just need us to design specific graphics?

I checked out his site and it's the same kind of forumotion layout so if you need specs or guides you can just use the ones from this forum.

I recommend you guys (if you're interested in doing this) register for his forum and pm him there or send him an email.

if it's cheatwave.forumotion.net it burns my eyes... not that its bad it is BRIGHT!!!

I know its bright i said i was no good at this graphics stuff,Anyway i have messaged the one who sent me the email ermmm daniel i think, he has everything it not very clear coz like i say i am perfetic at the designingside of things all i ask for is that it links in with the name and the main colour is blue.
